Haddad's Fresh Homemade Salads

All salads are made fresh daily here at the store.

(Except Danner’s Company salads.)

Tortellini Salad- Tortellini, onion, broccoli, green peppers, black olives, pimento, and parmesan cheese tossed in Italian dressing.

Spaghetti Salad- Spaghetti, green pepper, onion, tomato, black olives, and parmesan cheese tossed in a zesty Italian dressing.

Baby Shell Macaroni- Baby shell macaroni, onion, green pepper, sweet pickles, eggs, and American cheese mixed with mayonnaise.

Pasta Salad- Rotini pasta, onion, broccoli, green pepper, black  olives, and pimento tossed in Italian dressing.

Ranch Pasta Salad- Pasta, red and green pepper, broccoli, and American cheese tossed in a ranch dressing.

Pizza Salad- Spiral pasta, tomatoes, green onions, pepperoni,    mozzarella, and parmesan cheese tossed in a zesty Italian dressing.

Oriental Pasta Salad- Pasta, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots,  almonds, shredded cabbage, broccoli, and toasted ramen noodles in an oriental dressing.

Mostaccioli Salad- Mostaccioli pasta, mustard cucumbers, and   onions tossed in a sweet and sour oil & vinegar dressing.

BLT Salad- Baby shell macaroni, bacon, lettuce, and tomato mixed with mayonnaise.

Tuna Shell Pasta- Tuna, baby shells, celery, peas and sweet pickles tossed in a ranch dressing mix.

Mustard Potato Salad- Danner’s Company.

Regular Potato Salad- Danner’s Company.

Lebanese Potato Salad- Red potato, green onion, and mint in a lemon and garlic dressing.

Dill Potato Salad- Red potatoes, with a hint of dill in a creamy sauce.

Steakhouse Potato Salad- Redskin potatoes, cheese, celery in a creamy ranch dressing.

German Potato Salad- Red potatoes, green onions, bacon, onions and a sweet vinegar dressing.

Dips

Veggie- A thick and creamy ranch style dip.

Spinach Dip- Spinach and water chestnuts in a seasoned sour cream and mayonnaise dip.

Fruit Dip-A sweetened strawberry cream cheese dip for fruit.

Onion Dip- Creamy onion and garlic dip.

Grecian Sauce- A mint cucumber, sour cream and yogurt sauce...perfect for Gyros.

Garlic Cheese Spread- Danner’s Company.

Sausage Dip- Pork sausage, ground beef and jalapeno peppers, in a creamy mushroom cheese sauce.

Southwest Dip- Sour cream, cheddar cheese, and spicy jalapeno peppers.

Crab Dip- Imitation crab meat, green onions and celery in a chili mayo base.

Sauerkraut Salad- Sauerkraut, celery, green pepper, and onion tossed in an oil & vinegar dressing.

Marinated Veggies- Carrots, celery, cauliflower, broccoli, and green pepper tossed in an Italian dressing.

Sweet And Sour Cukes- Sliced cucumbers, onions, and green peppers, tossed in a sweet n sour dressing.

Tomato and Cukes- Tomatoes, onion, and cucumbers, tossed in a mint and lemon-oil dressing.

Tabooley- Parsley, tomatoes, green onions, and cracked wheat tossed in a mint and lemon-oil dressing.

Tomato and Basil- Tomatoes, basil and cubed mozzarella

with a wine vinaigrette.

Garden Vegetable- Mixed vegetables in a sweet n' sour dressing.

Bean Salads

Kidney Bean Salad- Kidney  beans, eggs, celery, and pickle relish coated with mayonnaise.

4- Bean Salad- Kidney , green, wax, and garbanzo beans tossed in a vinegar & oil dressing.

Baked Beans- A Haddad’s specialty.

7- Layer  Salad- Lettuce, topped with peas, celery, green pepper, miracle whip, shredded cheese, and bacon  bits.

Pea Salad- Peas, American cheese cubes, pickle relish, and eggs coated with mayonnaise.

Broccoli Salad- Broccoli, cauliflower, pecans  and bacon bits tossed in a mayonnaise dressing.

Carrot Raisin Salad- Shredded carrots, coconut, marshmallows, pineapple, and raisins coated with mayonnaise.

Cornbread Salad- Crumbled cornbread, tomato, egg, bacon and green onions mixed with mayonnaise.

Apple Salad- Blend of apples, walnuts, grapes, marshmallow, and mayo.

Cole Slaw Salads

Sweet n Sour Slaw- Shredded cabbage, celery, and green peppers tossed in a sweet n sour dressing.

Creamy Slaw- Traditional. Chopped cabbage tossed in a creamy slaw dressing.

Seasonal Salads

Cranberry Salad-Cranberry, oranges, apples, in cranberry jelly.

Cranberry Relish- Danner's Company.

Fresh Fruit Salad-A mix of seasonal fruit cut and allowed to soak in their own juices.
