SPANISH ITEMS

Enchilada- Ground round, green chilies, cheddar cheese, in a tortilla and covered in a tomato and mushroom enchilada sauce. Enchilada and Rice- Same as above; served over rice. Spanish Rice- Rice, chili powder, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, ketchup. Chicken Fajitas- Chicken strips stir fried with green peppers, onions, red peppers, mushrooms, and placed on a tortilla. Mini Chicken Tacos- Taco shell stuffed with ground chicken then fried. Chicken Quesadilla- Chicken, cheese, in a toasted tortilla. Jalapeno Poppers- breaded and fried jalapeno peppers and cream cheese. Steak Fajitas- Skirt steak fried with green/red peppers, onions, mushrooms, and placed on a large flour tortilla.

Potatoes Au Gratin– Potatoes, onions, and cheese sauce. Mashed Potatoes- Covered in a chicken or brown gravy. Sweet Potatoes- Brown sugar and marshmallows. Baked Potato- Cheese and broccoli, or Ham, cheese, and bacon bits. Potato Skins- Half a baked potato stuffed with cheese and bacon bits. Potato Wedges- Thick Fried potato wedges. Cheesy Potato Bites– Hash brown bites with cheddar cheese and fried golden brown.
